Regional Household Affordability and Prosperity Project (RHAP)

What is RHAP?

This is a collaboration across local municipalities to share and build best practices in housing affordability. The CSPC supports the RHAP municipal roundtable with research, webinars and events for staff, stakeholders and councilors. The project has created a strong foundation of housing needs reports, recovery and prosperity strategies, indexes, and municipal toolkits profiling local challenges around housing poverty and housing affordability solutions.
